Some More Information

If you are a start-up or SME, this is the time to emphasise your value proposition. In business, you need to be clear to our customers about the value of the services that you deliver. It is what differentiates you from your competition – otherwise, why would anyone come to you?

A value proposition helps you to convey a compelling argument. This proposition is better the more you understand who your customers are and their end goal.

For instance, your customer’s challenge might be to have more control and visibility of their IT systems. The end goal is peace of mind and that is what you should offer. In the How to Craft Your Value Proposition masterclass, I will breakdown the elements of value propositions so that you thoroughly understand what it means for you and your prospects. You will then be able to craft your own value proposition to attract and engage your ideal customers.

This course is ideal if:

  • You’re a business leader or marketing professional
  • You want to nail how you talk about your business to prospects, potential investors and in your business plan
  • You’re not sure how to breakdown what it is that you offer your marketplace
