Type: Permanent, 6-month Fixed-term Contract, 28 hours a week.

Since our launch in November 2018, we have developed a strong sales and marketing service that boosts business growth. Our growing client base brings this exciting opportunity for a Social Media Co-ordinator to join our team. This role would suit a recent graduate or someone who is near completely their marketing degree. You will report to our Marketing Lead and be part of an energetic and friendly team working with our clients throughout their business journey. Key Responsibilities

◾  Support the planning, creation and delivery of social media content for all Doqaru’s social media channels to a high standard and work with the Marketing Lead to deliver designed assets for social media channels

◾  Support the delivery of social media posts across a number of client social media channels with high follower numbers and high engagement rates across all platforms

◾  Manage the content on our Doqaru App and ensure consistent and relevant content for app users

◾  Deliver regular reports of engagement and follower growth, along with recommendations for content and possible changes to boost performance

◾  Support the business directors in aligning Doqaru’s services with regular social media content that is aligned with the business’ values and tone of voice.


Skills & Experience


◾  A marketing degree or 1-2 years of experience in managing social media channels such as YouTube, Instagram, Twitter & Facebook

◾  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and manage own time

◾  Understands the importance of graphic design and provides input to the creative process

◾  Ability to create content calendars for multiple, coherent, social media channels

◾  Attention to detail is key for all captioned and written content

◾  Knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Suite for graphic design



◾  Previous experience in a customer-facing environment – strong influencing skills and client relationship management are an advantage

◾  Good copywriting skills

◾  Basic knowledge of HTML code and WordPress administration
